EUResponsible is operated by Global Sales Company BV, a registered Belgian company based in Brussels. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
EUResponsible provides EU Responsible Person (RP) services under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). This includes:
Submitting a Get Started form does not constitute a binding agreement. All applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to decline any application without obligation to provide reasons.
If your application is approved, we will send you a Stripe payment link and an onboarding form. The service begins after payment is completed and the onboarding form is received.
We do not support toys or children's products, cosmetics, medical devices, supplements, ingestible products, food-contact products, batteries, chargers, or other high-risk categories. This service is designed for approved products within scope only.
If your products fall outside our supported scope, we will notify you by email. No payment will be requested in that case.
We offer the following annual plans:
All prices are in USD. Plans are billed annually.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or pro-rata cancellations. You may choose not to renew at the end of your annual term.
Plans renew annually. You are responsible for cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We will send a renewal reminder by email in advance.
We act as your EU Responsible Person in accordance with GPSR obligations. This includes retaining required product documentation for up to 10 years and cooperating with market surveillance authorities upon request.
We are not responsible for the safety or compliance of your products themselves. You remain responsible for ensuring your products meet all applicable EU safety requirements.

EUResponsible and Global Sales Company BV are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate your service with 30 days written notice if you breach these terms or if your products are found to fall outside the approved scope. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
